No. mideo is for proposals and selling services. It does not keep books, calculate taxes or include a ready-made KSeF integration here. Polish firms can list KSeF support as a separately priced service.
Can I quote monthly services without a project schedule?
Yes. Present scope and monthly prices without a fixed number of project weeks. Quote annual and one-off work separately.
Can I bring my existing price list?
You can represent packages, document tiers, headcount-based payroll and extras. Your firm sets prices and rules. mideo does not automatically bill based on your client's invoices. Contact us about setup assistance.
Does the client need an account?
No. They open a proposal link without a mideo account. You can optionally require an email address or protect a private proposal with a password.
Can clients choose services?
Yes. Items marked optional can be selected or deselected, and the selected-item total updates live.
Can I use my own logo?
Custom branding depends on your plan. Check current pricing on this page before choosing a subscription.
Does analytics show every recipient?
We do not guarantee recording every visit. Data depends on factors including privacy settings and browser capabilities. Activity provides context, not certainty of a purchase.
