Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of mideo.io, a SaaS platform for client briefs, offers, project estimates and sales workflows.
Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Document version: 1.0-en
This English document is intended for users in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada and other international markets. It is a product document, not legal advice. Please have qualified counsel review it before launch in any jurisdiction.
Section 1
Definitions and provider
Provider means Unlimitech Sp. z o.o., ul. Armii Krajowej 7/308, 45-071 Opole, Poland, NIP 7543352764. Platform means mideo.io and its related applications. User means a person or organisation using the Platform. User Content means briefs, offers, files, client information and other material you submit. Subscription means the plan and billing period you select.
Section 2
Agreement and service
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We provide tools for brief collection, offer creation, estimating, client management, analytics, comments, public pages and AI-assisted workflows. Features and limits may vary by plan.
We may make reasonable changes to the Platform, including security and maintenance changes. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Section 3
Accounts and responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep login details confidential and promptly report unauthorised access.
- Have authority to accept these Terms for an organisation you represent.
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and according to these Terms.
- Ensure that people whose information you enter have received any notices required by law.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for reviewing content before sending it to a client.
Section 4
User Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, display and transmit it solely to provide, secure and improve the Platform as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
The Platform, software, design, documentation, trademarks and system templates belong to the Provider or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during your Subscription. You may export your own content using available features.
Section 5
AI features and output
AI tools can draft offers, briefs, service descriptions, estimates and insights from information you provide. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular customer or decision. You must check it before relying on, publishing or sending it.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment-card data, passwords or confidential information to an AI feature unless the feature expressly requests and supports it. You remain responsible for decisions and communications based on AI output.
Section 6
Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, upload harmful or unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape the service without written permission, probe or disrupt systems, bypass limits, resell access, or access another user’s data without authorisation. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform or legal rights.
Section 7
Subscriptions, payment and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout. Prices, currency, taxes, trial terms and renewal terms are shown before purchase. The payment provider may process payment, tax calculation, invoices and fraud checks. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve an exception for a material service failure. You are responsible for accurate billing and tax information. We may change plan pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
Section 8
Third-party services
The Platform may connect to or rely on third-party services, including hosting, storage, AI and payments. Those services are subject to their own terms and may experience outages outside our control. Our handling of personal information by providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 9
Availability, warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis and we disclaim implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We do not warrant that AI output, estimates or business results will be accurate or that the service will meet every requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
Section 10
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform or cancel a Subscription through the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity or where required to comply with law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. After termination, we may delete content after a reasonable export period, subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.
Section 11
Consumer protections
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights under the laws of your country. If you are a UK, Australian, Canadian, US or other consumer, mandatory consumer guarantees, cancellation rights and remedies continue to apply where applicable. Business users should ensure these Terms are accepted by an authorised representative.
Section 12
Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and, where required, requesting renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires a different process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without excluding mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts competent under applicable mandatory law have jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact hello@mideo.io first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
